1) The Buddy Holly Story at Casa Manana

The “World’s Most Successful Rock Musical” is back at Casa Manana! Don your black-rimmed glasses and celebrate Buddy Holly’s meteoric rise to fame. You will be dancing in the aisles and singing the top of the record chart hits right along with the cast. Enjoy the golden days of rock ‘n’ roll, with hits such as “Peggy Sue,” “That’ll be the Day” and “Rave On.” The last half of the show reenacts his last night on earth 60 years ago – the concert at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa, complete with the moves of Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper.  Enjoy the Texas Legend of Buddy Holly through September 15th at Casa Manana.

2) Dallas Cowboys kick off the new season!

Your Dallas Cowboys host division rival New York Giants to kick-off the 2019-2020 season. Determined to better the 10-6 mark from last season, the Cowboys appear primed to make a deep run in the playoffs this season. It all starts this Sunday at 3:25pm at Jerry World.

5) FWSO presents The Vinyl Years at Bass Performance Hall

7) Tower of Power at Billy Bob’s
