1) HAMILTON at Dallas Summer Musicals
The award-winning Broadway musical Hamilton about the life of American Founding Father Alexander Hamilton finally hits DFW with performances through May 5th. Tickets are hard to come by, but do not fret if you miss it this year. HAMILTON returns in June 2020 at Bass Performance Hall.

2) Twelfth Night at Dallas Theater Center
If HAMILTON does not find a place in your theatre options this season, and you would like to experience Dallas theatre at its finest, check out Twelfth Night at Dallas Theater Center. One of Shakespeare’s finest comedies, DTC’s production of Twelfth Night will whisk you away to a world of scheming outlaws and daring rescues, unbelievable love triangles, and one truly unforgettable adventure, in the amazing Dee & Charles Wyly Theater.
3) FWSO Switch Percussion Concert at Bass Performance Hall
Experience the FWSO premiere of this unique work and watch Colin Currie move from one side of the stage to the other as he plays a variety of percussion instruments.

4) Get Ready for Festival Season in Fort Worth with Open Streets
Magnolia Avenue is closed to vehicular traffic and opened up to cyclists, food trucks, dog-walkers, skateboarders, yoga classes, face-painters and much more. This event is an expression of the Near Southside’s community spirit in every way. Local businesses and other organizations set up a wide variety of free activities along the route, including temporary public art projects, pet adoptions, bike safety courses, children’s art booths, fitness classes, and more.
