Spring Break Adventure All About Dinos                         at Fort Worth Museum of Science & History




What better way to spend Spring Break than with the Dinosaurs of Antarctica at Omni Theatre at Fort Worth Museum of Science & History.  The first original large-format dinosaur film in over a decade, Dinosaurs of Antarctica will introduce you to the amazing and bizarre prehistoric creatures that inhabited Antarctic forests and swamps hundreds of millions of years ago.  Want to dive deeper into the incredible age of dinosaurs? Spring Break Art Extravaganza                                      at Kimbell Museum of Art

Celebrate vacation time at the museum with ongoing art activities, interactive family tours, storybook readings, teen studios led by guest artists, and children’s films. There is no charge for this program or to visit the permanent collection.

Spring Break Wonders At The Modern

March 9-12

Take advantage of family programming at the Modern over the course of the week while your school-aged children are on Spring Break. Join a docent for a tour and gallery project focusing on the special exhibition, Mark Bradford: End Papers. Attendance is limited to 45 children per session; admission is free.

Two sessions each day; 11-11:45 am and 2-2:45 pm

Special Spring Break sketchbooks for kids are available for FREE at the admission desk.

Spring Break at the Amon Carter Museum

Tuesday-Friday, March 10-13, 2020, 1–3 p.m.

See how nature and art play together! Explore the Carter’s galleries and experience art and storytelling in select special exhibitions. Create your own adventure and join in gallery games, art making, and other fun activities from 1–3 p.m. Each day of Spring Break (Tuesday–Friday) will be different, so don’t forget to plan multiple visits!

Free. Reservations are not required.  All Ages welcome.

Spring Break at The Fort Worth Zoo

Make WILD plans this spring break for your camper and sign them up for Spring Break Camp! Throughout the week campers will go on daily Zoo hikes, play games and activities, and see daily animal visitors in their classroom! Campers who are in first through fifth grade are welcome to join us for this WILD adventure.

Dates: March 9 – 13, 2020
Times: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Before and after-care available.
Ages: Students in first through fifth grade

Topgolf Spring Break Academy

The Topgolf Kids Spring Academy is three days of non-stop entertainment and learning that kids will love. This program includes all the components that make up the great game of golf. From chipping, putting and taking full swings, to rules and etiquette, kids will learn everything they need to know to improve their game. Each Academy is designed and taught by our professional golf instructors from Topgolf Coach in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Spring Academy is staffed with a low student-to-instructor ratio to ensure each Junior Golfer receives in-depth, hands-on attention while he or she develops a winning golf swing.

Spring Break Watercolor Workshop                              at Sid Richardson Museum

Join The Sid Richardson Museum in the heart of Sundance Square for the Spring Break Workshop for Children ages 6-12! Children will create a unique piece of art inspired by our exhibition In a Different Light: Winslow Homer and Frederic Remington. Participants will learn new art skills and techniques while working with watercolor and other materials.

Spring Break with Arlington Parks & Rec
